How do I fix Morton's neuroma?

    I think I have Morton's neuroma. I started running and working out a little over a year ago and I had no problems, up until April of 2016, now it is November. I got off the treadmill one day and had to take my shoe off because of toe pain in my toes, right foot. I could not even tell which toe it was, but I later realized it was my 3 middle toes. I went to a foot doctor who gave me pads to put in my shoes but they don't help as much as id hoped. I have not ran any for over 3 months now and I...
