Onicomicosis infantil

Hola a todos!

Paciente de 10 años con onicomicosis en 5ª lámina ungueal desde hace más de un año. La pediatra la ha tratado ya hace meses con una laca (no saben cual) y le dijo que la echara solo un mes porque era muy "fuerte".

En el vademecum pone que odenil estaría indicado para mayores de 16 años.
Ciclochem para mayores de 10.

La verdad es q es el primer caso que se me presenta, ¿con que tratais a los niños?
