    como llevais el verano?
    Tengo una duda sobre la correcta medicion de la anteversion femoral en niños. Hasta ahora y en mi corta carrera no se me han dado muchos casos infantiles para llevarlo a la practica, y por ello no he podido practicar todo lo que quisiera. El caso es que ahora tengo un paciente con un claro patron rotador interno y me gustaria saber si es debido a una AF...como lo medis vosotr@s?

    Hola, una forma de evaluacion de la rotacion femoral, es observar las posiciones de las rotulas (convergente, enfrentadas o divergente) nos ayuda a sospechar de rotacion interna o externa de femur. Otra forma es en decubito prono, rodillas flexionadas a 90º y realizamos movimientos hacia interno y externo para valorar los grados. Si no recuerdo mal los grados son 40 -45º. Un saludo
