I have run a very successful practice for 30 years the last ten years I have worked from
a purpose built surgery at home.
I think it is time to retire and wonder what value my practice has, apart from the surgery equipment and furniture. My patient list is around 500 maybe more with regulars who visit every four to six weeks approx 200. My location is Southend on Sea Essex area.
Whilst I realise I am the business I do feel for the right person this could be a very lucrative opportunity. I have offered it to one colleague who feels the business is too big for her.
Anyway I would gratefully appreciate any and every piece of advice that is on offer.
    Thanks all.:
