    Medical-Grade Heel Lifts for Shoes

Wearing heel wedges for supination and pronation is an easy way to gently correct gait so that you can participate in your favorite activities safely. We engineer our heel lifts so they cushion without becoming flat, and we’ve surveyed practitioners to make sure we offer heel lifts that treat a range of medical conditions.
Choosing the right heel lift doesn’t have to be complicated. Atlas Biomechanics offers a range of sizes and styles to suit your unique needs to treat unequal limb length. The ¼-inch heel lifts in our selection are used in clinical treatment of conditions such as Achilles tendinitis and leg length discrepancies, while our ½-inch heel lifts help relieve lower back pain. Browse our selection, and you’re sure to find the best heel lift for you! Be sure to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, and enjoy free shipping on your order of $50 or more!

Atlas Biomechanics manufactures heel lifts in rubber / cork and EVA/ rubber medical grade material. Our lifts are tapered and have double sided tape on the bottom. We manufacture our heel lifts in the USA. They come in heights of 1/8 inch ( 3mm ), 1/4 inch ( 6mm ), 3/8 inch ( 9mm ) and 1/2 inch ( 12mm ).
