Opportunity to purchase a busy private Podiatry practice in Edinburgh
This practice was established in 1984 and is based in a Physiotherapist healthcare setting in Central Edinburgh. I am currently working a 4.5 day week, so a bit of potential to expand.
The practice is located on a main road, in a busy residential area, plenty of pay to park parking outside and are ground floor premises.
A fully equipped treatment rooms, reception cover, reception area and separate toilet.
Sale includes goodwill, equipment, stock and furnishings.
    Current owner retiring.
Premises are rented with inclusive gas, electricity and water.
