  10. "Members of the public would be highly, and rightly, concerned if he were permitted to continue to practise.”

Who writes this stuff, Donald Trump?

He's probably already been lined up for the prison podiatrist job, once he's able to sit down comfortably again in a year's time. The NHS has withdrawn prison care in most localities now and private practice is notorious for perverts like this. It's getting almost as bad as the NHS. Better the devil you know...And after he's done time, a steady future as a private podiatry practitioner (unregistered) in an unsuspecting rural location near you...

If the criminal law that convicted him was as deficient as the legislation relied on by the HCPC, he would have been found guilty and sentenced to live in Cornwall under a different name where he could do whatever he liked to kids after that, because the law would be powerless to act as he was now effectively, outside it and untouchable. Only now, he'd get you use his old name again too...probably get a grant for resettlement and hardship at the same time....

Just think - all those civil servants and lawyers and barristers, who are minting it at your expense, know full well these are the consequences of the legislation on the FtP process - and have said sweet Fanny Adams about the risks they've created to the public for the last 14 years. Ever wonder why?

That's where we are folks...honest to goodness, you couldn't make it up! Registration fees due again soon....don't forget now... ;)

  17. The HCPC is there to ensure that our service has only the best registered and we should support them in routing out the rotten apples
